Do you deliver outside Gauteng?

Yes, as we grow, our footprint will expand by onboarding other pharmacies in all provindes in South Africa. The only way to know, is to check if there is a nearby pharmacy on your area on the App. You can click change pharmacy and it will list available participating pharmacies near you.

How much is delivery fee?

Standard delivery fee varies based on distance from your nearby pharmacy.

Can I pay delivery fee with my medical aid?

No. Medical aid does not pay for deliveries.

How long does it take to get my delivery after placing an order?

Our target is to deliver within an hour of placing your order.

Do you take prescriptions, if yes, how do I send my prescription?

Yes, we do take prescriptions. There is a button on the base of the DigiPharm App. When you navigate to that screen,  you will see an button “+Add a new prescription” for uploading scripts. You can either upload a scanned copy or a take a picture of the script from your prescribing health practioner. The pharmacy will pick it up on their side and process it. As soon as the cost is determined, the App will give you a notification where you can view the total cost of the prescription. You can either accept by pressing checkout or cancel order.

Do you take medical aid?

Yes, most pharmacies take a majority of medical aid schemes. This will be processed on the pharmacy side.

How do you pay for my medication?

You can pay with you bank card on the App.

Does Digi Pharm App work on tablets.

Yes, currently best on Android tablets but we will soon optimise for the iPad App

What are your trading hours?

We operate based on pharmacy trading hours as they are the ones who dispense medication. Our normal trading hours as the support team of the app are from 8:00am to 6:00pm Mon – Fri and 9:00am to 2:00pm on weekends. We are closed on public holidays.

What happens of my order does not arrive?
